The Better To See You With, My Dear...
It happened around my mid-forties. Reading glasses! And, soon I found them everywhere in my house! By the sink. On my desk. At my vanity. In my potting shed. Everywhere!
Just A Little Note…
One of the "little things" I like to do as a vacation rental host is leave a handwritten card in envelope for my guests. I collect a variety of designs and sizes - often from thrift shops (because I DO find fabulous in repurposing) but also at specialty boutiques that have local creations.
On Finding Humility
I remember the day I purchased these just after I was fired from my job with Abbott. I remember scrutinizing whether or not I should spend the money on them - especially not knowing how I was going to replace my big pharma paycheck.
